“I enjoy the endless possibilities of creating a printing block or plate and the
magic and excitement of pulling the first print never fades.”
Sarah lives in the Forest of Dean with her husband and two children. She
studied Decorative Arts at Nottingham Trent University, specialising in
textiles and printmaking. As well as developing her own work as a printmaker
at her studio in the grounds of her home, she also teaches printmaking
workshops in linocut, collagraph and drypoint.
Sarah’s work is inspired by the natural world with a focus on wildlife and
botanical forms, but she also likes to explore retro imagery from her childhood.
|In addition to original handprinted, limited-edition prints, Sarah also prints her
designs onto cards, gifts and a range of homewares.
